We aim to send all our Royal Mail Post Office Parcel Post and Courier (special delivery) orders on the next working day after the order is placed with us.
Please allow 2-3 working days with Royal Mail for your order to reach you.
Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery. We aim to have the goods with you within 5 working days for Europe and 10 working days for the rest of the world.
Postal charges are automatically calculated by weight for deliveries within the United Kingdom (UK) only. We ship to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland & Highlands/Islands. If you need your items shipped outside the UK the shipping charges will not be calculated automatically, we will contact you as soon as possible with your shipping options and charges.
Our preferred shipping is based on Royal Mail Parcel Post.
If a faster shipping time is required we are able to organise a Special delivery via one of the Special Delivery Couriers. Please call to discuss this option and to arrange for a quotation of the appropriate charges and delivery times.
If any items ordered are not in stock we will contact you at the earliest opportunity with the appropriate options to best suit your requirements.
During the checkout process, you will normally be asked to select from one or more delivery options. Should there be no options available, you are asked to contact us to arrange delivery choice and cost. This could be because the items ordered are very large or heavy.
Once the delivery has been agreed, you will be able to proceed and complete the order process. The delivery costs in these cases is charged separately for which you will receive a separate receipt.
